The dimensions of the made-to-measure shirt are always based on those provided by the customer during the purchase process. Shirtonomy will also factor in certain allowances between the clients requested dimensions and the final product. For example, the shirt's final dimensions are designed to take into account fabric specific shrinkage. The requested measurements should be met after approximately five washes in 40° C water.
In some cases garments may be delivered with minor marks, traces of chalk or iron brands. These should disappear after the first wash in most cases, but if the problem persists please contact Shirtonomy's customer service team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
In cases where the made-to-measure shirt does not match the customer's order, on top of those reasons listed above, we will attempt to correct the ordered garment. Should a correction not be possible we will instead offer the customer a new garment or, alternatively, store credit equal to the value of the value of the returned goods. Customer credits with Shirtonomy are stored on their personal profile page. Unused credits will expire after 12 months . Shirtonomy even offers compensation for return delivery costs to the customer, provided that the garment has been returned in a sealed, shock resistant package from an address inside Sweden with Posten Sverige.
The Perfect Fit Guarantee is valid one per customer and applies only to the first shirt that the customer purchases from Shirtonomy (does not apply to purchases of standard size garments). Those customers who are covered by our Perfect Fit guarantee, and who, for whatever reasons, are not happy with the fit of their shirt, are offered a correction of their shirt's measurements according to their wishes. In cases where the corrections are too big to fit with the shirts existing dimensions we will offer to replace the original shirt with a new one.
Please note that all made-to-measure shirts are measured and cut to take into account the fabric specific shrinkage. The desired fit is therefore only achieved after about five washes at 40° C. In order to achieve the perfect fit Shirtonomy may request information and pictures that demonstrate how the shirt should be corrected. Shirtonomy offers compensation, in the form of Shirtonomy store credits, for any return shipping costs the customer is charged provided the garment is returned in an impact resistant package, from an address inside of Sweden with Swedish Post. The customers balance with Shirtonomy is located on their personal profile page. Any unused credits will expire after a period of 12 months. The Perfect Fit Guarantee does not apply to adjustments that fall inside Shirtonomy's margin of tolerance.
Customers who are not satisfied with their shirts fit and wish to use the Perfect Fit Guarantee are requested to contact shirtonomy's customer service via e-mail on email@example.com where they will recieve further instructions.
Return customers do not qualify for Shirtonomy's Perfect Fit Guarantee as the perfect fit, in all likelihood, was met with the customers first purchase. Should any return customers feel they are not completely satisfied with their purchase, they are of course welcome to contact Shirtonomy's customer service e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to find a solution to the problem.
